Violation of this UPA may lead to the termination or suspension of all services provided by Ytel, as well as civil, criminal or administrative responsibilities or sanctions against you. Remember that at the end of the day, you are responsible for making your own informed decisions regarding the use of the Services, and you remain fully responsible for any use of the Services in violation of applicable law, as well as these Terms of Use and Operational Agreements between us. This section 12 applies when the client is a U.S. government agency or contractor. The product and all associated documentation contain commercial computer software and documentation, which are proprietary data exclusively owned by Looker and its licensees. In accordance with DFARS 227.7202 or FAR 12.212, the U.S. government is subject to the right to use, reproduce or disclose the product and all related documents acquired under this agreement are subject to the restrictions of this Agreement. The terms and conditions of this contract apply in full to the use and disclosure of the product and related documentation by the government and replace all the conditions that stand in the way. In the case of acquisitions containing or subject to the CLAUSE FAR 52-227.19 COMMERCIAL COMPUTER SOFTWARE-RESTRICTED RIGHTS (JUNE 1987) or DFARS 252.227-227-2 7013 RIGHTS IN TECHNICAL DATA AND COMPUTER SOFTWARE (OCT 1988) or any other clause: the granting of any kind of licence to the rights of the state under this agreement is not granted.

No access to emergency services: the software (and other services) does not replace the customer`s normal telephone service. Neither the software nor other services allow the customer to make emergency calls to emergency services. The client must put in place other communication procedures to ensure that the customer can make emergency calls when needed. This CLUE, which takes effect from the date on which the contracting party uses the services covered, is entered into by and between Ytel, Inc., referred to as “company” and company or individual, if applicable and defined as part of the licensing offer using Ytel`s software and services. (“Customer”) will remain fully in effect and will take effect until it is terminated in accordance with the conditions set out in this ECJ. For the purposes of this ECJ, the client and the company are collectively referred to as “parties” and individually “parties.” The entity has the right to restrict, suspend and/or terminate services where the customer`s use of services, with appropriate determination on the part of the company, severely affects the company`s facilities or jeopardizes its ability to provide services to other customers; (b) illegal, unjustified or fraudulent; or (c) in another way against this MSA, clue and/or service order. In the event of termination of the contract, the Customer must pay the company immediately after receiving an applicable invoice all amounts owed to the company under the agreement.
